The office staff is rude, unorganized, unprofessional, and just ridiculous. Jill, the billing manager is unorganized and has lost my paper work several times causing me to have to pay more than what I was supposed to. America, the front desk assistant, booked me for a Friday afternoon at 12:30. I explained to her several times I worked in Keller and it would take me about 40 minutes to get there and I could leave work at 12 since I'm a teacher.
