This was my second visit to Arlington Family Clinic and I was coming to try and get my hair back as one does with a receding hairline nothing new and I was having trouble with my insurance as it was not appearing in the system but the staff was very friendly and they were willing to talk to my insurance to help sort it out. They are terrible when it comes to dealing with insurance. First visit they said my insurance paid for nothing because I was having plastic surgery. I was having spine surgery they don’t listen. Now I met my deductible and they still had to pay my deductible when it was wrong.
Very friendly and helpful. They attended to you quickly. Great place to get B12 and B complex shots.
Poor customer service. Extremely deceptive service. I was told it was one price for consultation and got out with a whole different quote. As far as provider goes, extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Never coming back here.
Employees are very nice and friendly. Providers are professional and have a great bedside manner. The office is clean and asthetically pleasing to the eye. They accept walk ins and you do not wait long. I was in and out within 20 minutes, paperwork included in that time!! Amazing!!
