Poor customer service. Extremely deceptive service. I was told it was one price for consultation and got out with a whole different quote. As far as provider goes, extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Never coming back here.
Employees are very nice and friendly. Providers are professional and have a great bedside manner. The office is clean and asthetically pleasing to the eye. They accept walk ins and you do not wait long. I was in and out within 20 minutes, paperwork included in that time!! Amazing!!
Called today 11/12/25 at 5pm and spoke to the nicest lady in the nursery department. I have been stressing because my 7 month old baby doesn’t have insurance until next year. She showed empathy and compassion, provided advise and resources the clinic offers. Even though I didn’t get in person services, I really appreciated her time to explain to me what to do. I wish I would have gotten her name but I am putting the time and date.
Highly recommend this place! Carla is an all star! She is so good at her job! She makes me feel so Comfortable and worry free whenever I go in to my appointments. she is such a sweet and helpful girl! The service is amazing and above expectations! I drive an hour just to come to this place every few months. Definitely will keep coming back here and will recommend to all my family and friends!
