Charges me $350 for materials which were a $100 breaker and a tapcon screw. I looked but couldn’t find a solid gold tapcon anywhere. I don’t have a problem with the labor charged but they should be ashamed for the 300% markup on a breaker.
We lost one leg of our power and called around 4:30pm. Left a message and Michelle called back in 5 minutes, and had her technician (also Michelle) out here in 15mins! They had to replace the device the power meter clips into, and got us all sorted by 7pm. Amazing! Thanks also to Chris from FKEC who did the honors of disconnecting us at the street while the work could happen. Would totally recommend!

People that live in the keys know how difficult it is to find good reliable contractors. Every time I’ve used Arlington you can trust them to do what they say. They show up, they offer good advice.
