Great place to stay as an lsu student
I wouldn't even recommend this apartment to my worst enemy. When I first moved in two years ago, the apartment charged me a $1,400 security deposit without any prior notice, claiming I needed to pay it because I lacked proof of income. But I paid it just to get settled quickly, and that's when my nightmare began. My first year in Arlington was fine. My roommates were decent, and the old management was friendly. This apartment is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. Before you even move in, they hit you with $300+ in fees, and after that it’s nonstop random charges they can’t explain. When I moved in, the place was disgusting — the bed was dirty, there was hair everywhere in the dressers and on the desk, the carpet felt like it had water damage, the closet smelled like straight mildew, the couch had mold, and the washer machine was literally disgusting with black stuff all in it. A this point I don’t even want to give them a single star!! Issues since before my daughter even moved in and now we are stuck in this lease for a year!!! The maintenance on these homes is terrible!! My daughter is SWEATING in her room. Maintenance told her not to put the AC below 70 degrees because it leaks into the ceiling if they do. Sounds like someone has no idea what they’re doing!!
