I had a very positive experience here all around. I took my Cybertruck here for repair/replacement of a body panel and some associated plastic housing. The staff communicated openly, thoroughly, and promptly regarding the status of the repair -- including when there was an unforeseen delay due to an electrical issue. They worked diligently to promptly diagnose and remediate the new issue.
Im in a wheelchair and needed help getting the plates onto my car. They did it quickly and didn't act like it was an inconvenience. If this is how they handle the little things I would 100% trust them with any major work. Great people definitely recommend!
Here's why if you are a Tesla owner you should go here to get repairs done. They are an approved Tesla Body shop. They will Fight with your insurance to make sure you get no after market parts. Trust me ive had 2 accidents not at fault that tried to give me the run around. My car came out looking brand new and I would have had my car back sooner had Geico not tried to use after market parts.
