I was a walk-in and John gave me a quote immediately. Another company told me to come back in a week, even though their place was empty. Felix did an amazing job repairing the side of my Lexus and matching the paint after I scraped a cement pile on. They even took my car a week early since I was going to be out of town 5 days. A very good experience!
Had an insurance claim for my Tesla to replace the front bumper, and they work really well with the local enterprise as far as picking you up and stuff. But the paint job had overspray and incomplete work for the two intake holes in the front. My fiancé had to get them to clean it up and finish the black paint work.
