Good communication and exceptional repair work.
My car was in for insurance repair. The front bumper needed to be replaced. They kept it for 3 weeks but it still wasn't ready! They were also terrible at communicating the status of the repair! I called several times but there was no update. I received an automated message that said my car would be ready on a certain date but you it wasn't.
