Community 55+ . No kids friendly. If I can put 0 stars or. -5 I will do it , but I can’t . Like owner apartment i. can't do anything. In a pool u can’t swimming,u can’t jumping , u can’t eat , because some people make his own rules. Just check reviews before buying property in this area
If you are disabled or anyone in your family is, think twice before buying here. I'm working to change things, but the Association constantly discrimates against and demeans and harassed me for speaking up for the disabled community. Lisette Ray, the property manager, and Laura Marinelli, the attorney seem to be the root of the problem and are opening the association up to substantial liability. This is just my opinion, but I truly believe Luara Maraneli, attorney, hates autistic people.
