Impressed by how customer centric and taking the word of customer. Customer stated they wanted regular oil change but full synthetic oil was put in and they respected the customer’s word and charged for regular oil change. No argument and all respect for the customer. I was standing behind in line and witnessed this and was impressed with the integrity.
Very good. I was at another station about a mile away, getting ready to wait a half hour to get my emissions testing. Called this number on a whim and sure enough they could take right away. Fast service.
I have had a tremendous experience at Arlington auto repair. They were very professional, did tasks in a very timely manner. They offer the best rates for all needs. Mr. Shakeel, in particular and exceptional customer service. He is dedicated and a very hard worker. I will be sending all future recommendations to him.
