Horrible customer service. Staff needs additional training in billing insurance properly. Melissa is rude.
For a long time, I heard great things about this Pharmacy, but it was in inertia that prevented us from changing. Several years ago we made the switch. It was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made to support a local Pharmacy with wonderful sweet people who do an excellent job. We are fortunate to have such a wonderful small business here in Arlington.
