I’ve visited three times. The first two visits, I was completely ignored. On my third visit, I wish I had been—my interaction with an employee was disappointing. I was told I needed an appointment just to select a tile I was ready to purchase, simply because it was 4:20 and they close at 5. This level of service is unacceptable. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I would not recommend Arley Wholesale in Scranton. I genuinely try to support small businesses over big-box stores, but this experience left me regretting that choice. Their showroom is impressive and full of beautiful displays, and our design expert, Erin, was great to work with during the purchasing phase. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The showroom representative was very polite and extremely patient with me as I think I'm the most indecisive person on the planet when trying to pick out tile for my kitchen. They have so much to choose from, and the only problem with that is there might be too many to pick from!
