Terrible customer service Going to email or call with lead time and an answer to a technical question, 2 weeks and crickets!!!
I would not recommend Arley Wholesale in Scranton. I genuinely try to support small businesses over big-box stores, but this experience left me regretting that choice. Their showroom is impressive and full of beautiful displays, and our design expert, Erin, was great to work with during the purchasing phase. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The showroom representative was very polite and extremely patient with me as I think I'm the most indecisive person on the planet when trying to pick out tile for my kitchen. They have so much to choose from, and the only problem with that is there might be too many to pick from!

Sales staff is professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable of their product and are technically proficient in providing specific information as to the installation process
