A pulmonary scan showed enlarged lymph nodes in my left armpit area. My pulmonary Dr. suggested I schedule a mammogram ASAP. Having a history of breast cancer in my family, I cried all the way to Dr. Kitlas's office to pickup my records. The girls at the front desk were soooo nice. I could tell they truly cared. AS ALWAYS Dr. Kitlas talked to me personally while I was there. She said that could be caused by a multitude of things....again I felt better. Dr. Kitlas is a very caring and knowledgable professional. I am very happy with her and her staff.
My appointment felt really rushed, especially after waiting an hour and a half. I’m also not sure why the older woman at the front desk is always so rude; whether I’m there in person or calling. The doctor was kind, though, which I appreciated.
Recently took my dad to see Dr. Kitlas and felt the appointment was rushed and she wasn’t sympathetic towards my dad who just lost his wife of 68 years. She offered brief answers to every question asked.
Does not do complete physicals seems to rush her Patients out the door. Unaware of Geriatric needs!
