Staff are not only rude as others have mentioned, but they performed services I did not schedule and kept both my money and the money my insurance company paid them
Extremely rude staff over the phone I will never deal with them again
Very rude staff. Were very nasty to me on the phone when I asked a simple question. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else
The staff and Dr Zablocki were kind and very professional. My 92 yo mom received excellent care there and was treated with dignity and respect. They understood my mom , secondary to her dementia , needed another person with her and allowed for this during the COVID pandemic. Our family experienced a Planetree moment at Arlleo Eye Associates.
