I contacted Arlen to assist with a few home improvement items on our newly purchased home. We contracted with Arlen to remodel our main bath. We were updating and using onyx which has a lifetime warrenty and wanted a contractor who knew how to install this product. I contacted the Onyx company and the company president gave me Arlen's name and another one in this area (Andover) after visiting with both we chose to go with Arlen to install just the onyx and we were going to do the rest.
