This morning, I went for my skin cancer yearly review to Dr Rogachefsky for the first-time. She did the review in less than 5 minutes!!. She & her nurse did not read any of my prior reports, so the time taken during my appointment (less than 5 minutes) was to read those reports. Very disappointing doctor visit.

Just called for the 1st time to make an appointment for a skin growth. Receptionist was extremely rude and impatient. I finally had to say to her that I didnt like the way she was talking to me and hung up. Never saw the Dr.
Had/have the pleasure of being Dr. Rogachevsky's patient. A highly skilled and caring doctor..
Very Unprofessional place. Had an appointment set @ 10.45 and was there 5 minutes before the appointment time to be told that the doctor was running late on the appointments by an hour. I asked the receptionist when did they know that they were running late and was told that Doctor had an emergency at 9 am (which obviously is money for them doing cosmetic surgery as i find it hard to believe that dermatologists can have emergency ops).
