I was introduced to this doctor because of a woman looking for the location who highly recommened her. I spoke to two different receptionst who were rude. One woman raised her voice at me over a frustration. I see why she doesn't have many reviews on ZocDoc. Back on the search for a new doctor.
Doctor rescheduled me without notice after they over booked for some ppl doing a physicals. Wrong doctor at scheduling, will be searching for better doctor.
Dr. Perkins is a wonderful knowledgeable dr who cares about her patients and their wellbeing. She's the best, I'm glad I was referred to her by my previous Dr. Dr. Gary Carpenter, he's phenomenal.
I was sick when I saw her and she actively did not prescribe anything. She actually blew me off when I asked. She said it was probably viral and that she had nothing that would make it go away quickly. I am now worse and had to go to urgent care for the same thing. They prescribed antibiotics.
I love coming to see Dr. Arlene Perkins, she is really advocating about your needs and listens to your concerns. Gem of a person and really attentive as a doctor, I recommended her in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a doctor. The place has also really incredible nurses, techs and assistants.
