First time there she was late wondering when I would see her I ask a member of the staff said she was on her way. Sat in the waiting room one hour. Finally arr8ved the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor. She was rude beyond words she made me feel so uncomfortable. Shame on her for being such a vial doctor. My next appointment will be with the nurse practitioner I never want to see this woman ever again.

I’ve lived locally for only 7 months so I needed to establish new PPO. So far I’ve been extremely happy with the Dr’s Office, Dr Palazzolo has seen myself and both of my adult kids with Special Needs. I’m very picky about our Dr’s due to their needs so it important to me my kids are put at ease. My daughter is particularly severe , Dr Palazzolo has done everything possible to make her visits as stress free as possibles which helps me tremendously, she’s not a fan of Dr’s to begin with, so our experiences so far are definitel... read more

I have been with Dr. Palazzolo for a little over 2 years now!! I love her!! Yes you have to wait sometimes a while but I’ve NEVER had an issue with the staff being rude and Dr Palazzolo after seeing 2 or 3 other doctors she’s the only one who could get me on the right meds for anxiety!!
