Dr. Arlene pak is the rudest unprofessional doctor I have ever had. I am pregnant and this is supposed to be my happy moments and she made me feel embarrassed infront of my sisters. I don’t understand how she is employed at such a great facility.
Not sure why Dr. Pak chose to be an OBGYN but she was so insensitive, so short, so rude. I left their office feeling insecure, and defeated. I would not recommend any woman coming to this practice. I could say so much more but it wouldn’t be worth it, from the 3.4 google rating that she already has, I’m sure she knows the lack of care she exudes. I can only pray that she does better. Very disappointed in this minority Doctor.
I do not like to write negative reviews but pregnant women need to be treated with respect and compassion. This doctor is rude, seems bothered when asked questions and rushing through the appointment. I was actually over the moon with the office at first. First couple of appointments with nurse and a different doctor were fabulous. But seeing this doctor today I am worry. She needs to learn how to treat people, be educated and humanly talk. I loved my experience with her. She delivered my second baby and my recovery was amazing compared to my first. I’m so thankful she was my doctor!
