I absolutely love the overall customer service experience I get when being serviced by Arlene Lollie & Associates. The staff is very thorough and prompt when handling any of my insurance matters, all while being extremely pleasant. I love the Xfinity Auto insurance purchased from Arlene Lollie. The policy is annual. I don't have to worry about renewing every 6 months like the majority of the auto insurance policies and it offers a lot more! I'm very satisfied and thank my daughter Jessica for referring me to Arlene! Love this policy!
