STAY AWAY from ARLEN HOUSE. The chiller system broke in August 2025 and, unbelievably, we are now in May 2026 and they still haven’t resolved it. This shows a serious lack of competence, poor maintenance, and years of neglect. Anyone thinking of buying or investing here should think more than twice — this is a massive RED FLAG.
