Dr. Fern Arlen is not a good doctor and her staff is the poorest I've ever experienced. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR IF YOU EXPECT ADEQUATE TREATMENT, SHE SAW ME FOR ONE CURSORY VISIT FOR VERTIGO AND BLURRED VISION AND SPEND 5 MINUTES WITH ME AND TOLD ME TO GET ANOTHER MRI. I DID AS REQUESTED AND FAXED THE MRI RESULTS TO HER OFFICE AND GOT NO FOLLOW-UP WHATSOEVER. AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COST!!

Dr. Arlen is one of the most competent and caring medical professionals. She is an excellent listener and meticulously explains any new medication. Dr. Arlen is extremely knowledgeable and always gives you as much time as you need. She always offers more than one treatment option and follows up with her patients. Her office staff is caring and friendly. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Arlen is wonderful! Always willing to listen and very caring. She also offers a variety of treatment options and is always up to date with the most current therapies. Office staff is very friendly as well. Would highly recommend!
Dr. Arlen Is a terrific Neurologist. What most impressed us was that she is not on a clock with you as if she needs to push 6 to 8 patients an hour. You have her attention until she completes everything. Very diligent in reviewing records and easily gives answers to questions. Very precise in instructions and direction of care. Top notch. We were lucky to find her for my wife in the beginning stages of Alzheimer's. She has also gone to ins Co. to have medication denial reversed.
I've been seeing Dr. Arlen for several years and have always found her to be willing to listen to my questions and concerns. She also is willing to communicate with my other doctors so I have a healthcare team and not just a bunch of doctors. I've never had any issues with getting appointments asap when I'm starting a headache cycle.
After much consideration, I would like to revise my review. I am changing from 5 stars to 1 star. My patient experience was not favorable after all.
