stupid expensive and terrible service
Tried to return a defective pair of snow pants today but they wouldn't refund my money. Apparently, since I bought them on sale, there is no returns. It says so on my receipt, but I wouldn't have known that until the item was already purchased and I didn't see a sign saying no returns. I could see this being a policy for clearance items, but this particular brand of pants is back on the rack at regular price, so it's not like it was an odd ball they were just trying to get rid of.
