So at first I thought arland was a decent guy, until he decides to show up to my customers house and takes the skid steer back without calling me or saying anything. I still had the rental until a the next morning but he takes it from my customers house , was hostile and rude to my customer. Then he has the nerve to tell me that he isn’t going to pay me for the landscaping materials that he bought for me. So this arland guy is a thief and scam artist. He will rip YOU OFF !!!! These guys were great. I needed a rotor hammer to finish my job and I thought mine got stripped out because I left a drill bit in the slab so I rented this drove 20 minutes back and it wouldn't budge my bit.. So my bit was stripped.. I took it back and they gladly refunded half the rental price since I never really used it.. So I ended cutting my bit off and drilling another home with my hammer. These guys treated me very fair. Highly recommend them. Thank you

Rick is a outstanding very reasonable guy, the prices are very fair and his equipment is very well maintained. On time with his pick up and drop offs as well.
