Terrible company, just cancels loads all the time. Don’t waste a time on booking with them
I booked a load on Friday for a Monday pick up. After driving 220 miles and waiting 5 hours with no answer via calling. They ended up emailing me giving me a Amazon log in and even when I logged in to see if that was even right. The load was there for a Saturday pick up. The carrier filed a claim but did say this load was picked up Friday. I sent them a bill for TONU and wait time I got a response saying F You!!!! I guess I’m glad I didn’t get the load from Missouri to Arizona and not get paid for it is there only good thing... read more
