**UPDATE** MY GOSH, IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. Everyone from client services to accounting is unhelpful, condescending, passive aggressive, lying bunch of people. Phone conversations with employees should be recorded and they should do what they say they will do on the phone. Unfortunately, a very un-professional company, not what we thought they were. Went back on their word of a no charge re-test that they requested. Even supervisor was not helpful. Will not be using them again or referring others.
