It was truly a pleasure bringing my pups here. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. The clinic was very clean, and Dr. Velasquez and her technician were absolutely amazing. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure my pups were comfortable and at ease throughout their visit. You can tell everyone here genuinely loves animals and cares about their well-being. I’m so grateful for the wonderful experience and highly recommend them to any pet parent!

I had a 7:00 PM appointment for my cat, whose chief complaint was that she had stopped eating and drinking. Given the seriousness of those symptoms, I do not believe the appointment should have been scheduled so close to closing time if the clinic was unable to fully evaluate and treat her. Ark Vets had previously seen my other fur baby, but my ultra sensitive baby dog had to establish care to get his rabies vaccine. He did not disappoint with the drama! But Dr Fackler and tech Mya were wonderful! Very understanding and compassionate. I have no reservation recommending Ark Vets. Both of my experiences have been great!
