Edit: I've had additional experiences at ArkVets that have reinforced my 5 star rating: 1) I needed to say goodbye to my 17 year old dog a couple months ago. Everyone here was so kind. A few days later, I received a very sweet handwritten note from the vet that made me cry. A good cry. 2) I wish I could say that my kitten Nut was sweet, but that's just not accurate. Always professional & great with our dogs!!
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about ArkVets! They have been absolutely incredible with both our puppy and our senior dog, and we feel so lucky to have found a veterinary team we trust this much. Dr. Shae is incredibly kind, patient, thorough, and compassionate. And a huge shoutout to vet tech Chandler for being so caring with our dogs. It’s obvious that the compassion at ArkVets extends through the entire team. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!
We took our dog in for a cough/frequent nausea he's been getting at night. He was extremely anxious when he was brought in and the vet (Jamie Lenberg) told my spouse he had a significant grade 5-6 heart murmur. This derailed our initial chief complaint to instead investigating heart issues (so far no tests have validated this but we are still awaiting one last test result).
