This clinic has no sense of time at all. I waited a full 1 hr and 30mins. I’ve never waited this long at any other clinic. I don’t understand how their appointment system schedules each patient. This wait is just ridiculous. Everyone’s time is valuable.

Dr. Arkuran is very rude and unprofessional. Since I don't speak English, I'm still learning. She made ugly gestures and spoke rudely to me. What a disappointment after waiting so long for my appointment.

Agree with everyone who wants to give no stars. Wanted to give it a chance anyways. Horrible idea. Just had my experience with this place and it is awful. Avoid at all costs. They make you call your own family doctor for reports that they need to see. When I told them my clinic never picks up the doc said “that’s too bad” I felt way too uncomfortable to even stay at the clinic for my initial visit. There are more details of the horrific experience but you get the idea.

My wife's account is not working so I let her post in my account: Written and posted by chell: If there's a no star I would have chosen it. I had a surgery performed by the doctor in August a few weeks later I tried calling the office to ask if I need a follow up appointment. The office wouldn't pick the phone.
