Like most, dealing with Canadian health care system no clinic will ever be 5/5; physicians are experiencing burnouts, high volume of patients, and lengthy documentations/miscommunication between practitioners and med techs. That said I’d say doc is def trying her best to communicate and listen to each of her patient hence the wait time. But I do think 45min delay in appointment time is a disappointment. After reading all the negative reviews, I was apprehensive of my visit to this clinic. I am delighted to say my concerns were completely unfounded. The receptionist on duty was lovely and helpful. Dr Arkuran herself was professional, highly knowledgeable and came up with a solid plan of action after listening to what I had to say.
This doctor is completely incompetent and should not be trusted with anyone’s health. She misdiagnosed my friend and caused years of unnecessary suffering. In 2023, my friend saw her for what was supposed to be a specialist consultation. Instead, she rushed through a shallow 10-minute physical exam, ordered no lab work, no imaging, and dismissed my friend outright, claiming nothing was wrong.
