Dr. Arkuran is very rude and unprofessional. Since I don't speak English, I'm still learning. She made ugly gestures and spoke rudely to me. What a disappointment after waiting so long for my appointment.

Agree with everyone who wants to give no stars. Wanted to give it a chance anyways. Horrible idea. Just had my experience with this place and it is awful. Avoid at all costs. They make you call your own family doctor for reports that they need to see. When I told them my clinic never picks up the doc said “that’s too bad” I felt way too uncomfortable to even stay at the clinic for my initial visit. There are more details of the horrific experience but you get the idea.

My wife's account is not working so I let her post in my account: Written and posted by chell: If there's a no star I would have chosen it. I had a surgery performed by the doctor in August a few weeks later I tried calling the office to ask if I need a follow up appointment. The office wouldn't pick the phone. I was initially excited about my appointment with Dr. Arkuran Cigdem due to the long wait time, but I was utterly disappointed with the experience. Dr. Cigdem had no bedside manner, not even introducing herself when she entered, and her demeanor was stern and unwelcoming. Throughout the appointment, I felt dismissed and undervalued. I was nervous since it was my first time to a gynaecologist as a trans person and also reading the reviews regarding a specific receptionist + wait time.
