Went in and had work done recently on my car. They are under new management and its a great place with friendly people.
Does 1 dumb employee = 1 bad business? – I don't know where they find their employees, but I had a guy name JB (or something like that) not pass my car because the brake pads were worn out. After changing them myself, I noticed they would have been good for atleast few more months! What a waste of time and money!
Absolutely Terrible Service – Went to go get my car inspected and it failed due to an exhaust "leak" and a damaged tie rod. The mechanic recommended another mechanic (Fran's Auto Repair) to do the exhaust work but that was a total waste of my time and effort seeing as apparently no one answers the phone and no one seems to even work there. I scheduled to have the tie rod fixed by Akport Truck the following Saturday at 9am and when I showed up no one was there.
