Recently had new tires and an inspection. Service was fast with quality work I can depend on. Its not a harley and the bike is over 40 years old but they did a good job and I'll go back to them for any future work.
This is the second ATV I have brought to Arkport Cycle, each time they have solved the problem and had very fast turn around. Ashley was great over the phone to arrange the drop off and she was at the desk when I picked it up. Jim was working the service desk when I dropped off the ATV and he asked a bunch of questions on what the issue was and said we will take care of it. They did and it's running great. Great people and easy to get to."
This is my second new Yamaha motorcycle purchase from Arkport Cycles. Both times were a smooth, simple & straight forward positive experience. Brian was excellent and handled my delivery with ease even on a busy Saturday with a Spring open house event. They gave me a fair allowance on my trade-in and helped me unload my old bike and reload my new one since I live over 2 hours away. This is the 6th bike I have bought from them. The last bike was a Road Glide CVO ST. I had l lots of work done on it. The Dealership is the best I have dealt with. All the staff are so kind and helpful. Adam, thanks for the time you in this and there Harley mechanic. This definitely not my last H-D I purchase… Thanks
