Took a broken drive shaft out and put the same one back in without calling or asking me then charged me $300 for absolute no work being done. I wish they would call me and say they can't do repair so I would pick up my car by tow truck instead of putting the same broken drive shaft back in and say 3 hours labor. I paid because I didn't care But if you care I suggest tell them you are not gonna pay for things you don't authorize or go elsewhere.
I was visiting a friend in Arkona for the day and something happened to my car. Without hesitation they took my car in and figured it out within 2 hours, the car was ready to go. Wonderful people, impeccable service. Thank you!
Always communicate well, full transparecy with what is going on. Never had to go back for the same problem twice
