Dropped the car off with 3 small jobs and 1 issue for diagnosis. Of the 3 small jobs, 1 had been completed, 1 had been half done and 1 not completed at all. The remaining issue had been diagnosed, but then I was charged labour for the time taken in attempting to fix the problem part, only to be told I would have to replace it anyway. I didn't receive any communication regarding whether I wanted to proceed with this option or just opt for a replacement. I can’t recommend Arkon Auto Electrical & Instruments highly enough. My VF Commodore needed the cluster unlocked, reprogrammed, and matched — a seriously complex job that only a handful of auto electricians can actually do. Even a Holden technician couldn’t handle it. They nailed it. No drama, no guesswork, just proper expertise. I’ll 100% be back for any future electrical work. Legends. 🔧😎
Friendly staff but terrible workman ship. Extremely rough, damaged trims. Everytime trims/ rubber seals aren’t fitted properly. Had heaps of chances to improve but won’t pay bill to fix damage trimmings. I won’t return simply because it only gets returned in worse condition.
