Will be leaving this insurance agent. Worst customer service ever from not taking my summer car off the road in the winter last winter still waiting for that refund to purchasing a new vehicle in March and waiting at the dealership to pick up vehicle because they still hadn't done paperwork even though they knew about it 3 days previously to now waiting 2 days for an email to get my car off the road for the winter again. Wake up Arklein never seen service so poor. If anyone is considering coming here don't and run quick.
My family has been insured through "Lois Lane", one of the original companies that formed the partnership, for more than fifty years and I see no reason to break with tradition. Especially not, when you consider that Arklein offers coverage plans with all of the top companies - but is here, in our neighborhood. Efficient, friendly agents who know you personally will always go the extra mile to ensure that your insurance experience is worry free.

Extremely rude. Just called for some fax information and the woman was extremely short with me and just about hung up before I could finish writing down the number.
