It is an excellent clinic; the staff is very attentive and professional, and there is cleanliness and efficiency in every respect.
I had such a great experience today at my first visit. Carmen, the nurse was very sweet, same for Dr. Garcia. Really nice experience, I am glad I found them.
My experience. It’s important to disclose that I am not diabetic or have high blood pressure. I am a healthy person with chronic muscular pain. Not history of heart disease in the family. I went to this place because I had paint in my arm and to see if I could find an answer to general pain in my body. Blood work came back with a little high cholesterol around 200 I don’t remember exactly and a little high triglycerides. 220 triglycerides that should be maximum 150. I had a very disappointing experience with this practice. It is extremely difficult to get someone to answer the phone, and communication with patients is poor. My appointment was changed the same day without my knowledge or consent and rescheduled months later to a date I never agreed to. I also felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed. Rather than discussing possible next steps or explaining when a specialist referral was appropriate, I was repeatedly referred to specialists without much guidance. The bedside ma... read more
