The parts guys was absolutely insufferable I was on the phone looking up a part with him and he got angry on the phone at 8 in the morning and said for me to hurry up because he had other customers even though he’s the one that had me on hold for 10 minutes, I don’t understand how you can be that angry that early in the morning especially to customers we will never be coming back here

Don’t ever never go by there this people no good . I buy the truck from him told me the truck is very good and Red to go. I found out after two weeks I need to fixate and engine electricity issue cast me $8000 so the worst experience I have with all dealership

So on 26 December I flew to New York to look at a couple of tow trucks to purchase. So on the way to the original one I was going to buy I stopped Arkel motors for a tow truck they had listed on Facebook marketplace place briefly Because I pretty much had my mind set To buy the other truck that I had not made it to yet. So the salesman come out started the truck let it run for five minutes I briefly looked around the truck and went onto the next vehicle which turned out failing to start so I made my way back to LaGuardia air... read more
