Walked in at 3pm on a Friday, four barbers working. No greeting, no list posted. After asking about the wait I was told that the soonest any of them could take me was 6pm; I figured I'd come back another time. I have a big beard and getting the right shape is important for me, the rude staff was unable/unwilling to help answer some basic questions as to which barber I should make an appointment with. Lost my business due to abysmal customer service.
A long wait at times but I worth it. Really good
Not satisfied! Went in for a simple trim and got an extremely short buzz cut. The barber either didn’t understand what I was looking for or was just practicing his “art”, but never communicated with me. Won’t go back. Should have taken a clue from the business name.🙁🙁🙁🙁
