They have no idea what they’re doing in this place. I’ve been taking my car here every time my check engine light came on because it’s not far from my home and they said “it’s just the oil causing the light to go on, nothing else.” One week later, I end up stranded on the 405 with my car broken down. When I took it back in, they sent me a laundry list of items that now needs to be done with the car because they never checked the car to begin with. I can’t say enough good things about King Arthur Auto Center! My little sister showed up with a last-minute, crazy car issue, and they didn’t hesitate for a second to help in the most amazing way.
