Terrible experience!!! There is a lot of confusion between seeing Doctor and getting the glasses right with optical. Also, my two special needs boys were with me picking up glasses for my 10 yr old. Girl in optical raises her voice at me when I am explaining what the Doctor promised as far as glasses and she continued to raise voice while my voice remained normal. I cannot say enough great things about Arkansas Vision Center! They were absolutely amazing with my 3-month-old daughter, which was not an easy task when it came to checking her eyes. The staff was so patient, understanding, and genuinely caring the entire time.
