I don't even know where to begin with these people. My 8 month old puppy broke her leg December 28th. I took her to my vet and get x-rays, blood panel, medications, etc and got referred to AVES who my vet sends all of the x-rays, etc to. I frantically wait for a call from AVES to get my puppy scheduled for surgery. The day goes on and I hear nothing. I called the next afternoon and was told the surgical team had already left, but the woman I spoke to assured me they received my puppy's x-ray's, etc and gave me an estimat... read more
Do not use this place if at all possible!! They are horrible! We took our sick dog to them and had this awful woman tell us that he would be fine and they would call us with updates and he would be cared for but we called no less than 20 times over the next 24 hours trying to even get them to answer the phone finally some desk person answered and said she was too busy to check on my baby but she was sure he was fine.
