Such kind and understanding staff. Explained everything clearly, including prices, and, most importantly, were kind to my sweet Stella. I was an emotional wreck when I brought her in and there was zero judgment. How do you advertise 24hr care and are closed when I tried calling.
Horrible receptionist at 6:30 AM -- she was stuffing her face with food, stains all over her shirt, and blowing her nose into a brown paper towel. While blowing her nose she wiped her hands all over the paperwork she gave me to fill out. Then she began arguing with me when I asked for help with the dog I was holding in my arms. She replied "he is not an emergency" I don't appreciate the receptionist deciding if my dog needs help or not.
