I don't usually write reviews, however I wanted to share my experience in hope that it helps others. Given the numerous poor reviews, I was very hesitant to bring my cat here, as she means a lot to me. My cat became very sick towards the end of the week, and ended up requiring emergency surgery over the weekend for a small bowel obstruction. I can’t thank AVES enough for the care they gave my baby girl, Bella. A special thank you to Dr. Columbus, who stayed a little longer to wait for us to arrive from our vet’s office so she could evaluate Bella, especially given her critical care background. Had an animal emergency and Dr. Columbus took care of my baby long enough to get her home so I could spend some quality time with her before she passed.
I took my pocket bully in for a c section, she had a puppy literally hanging out of her, and they kept on saying they were “examining” her and that we had to wait for everyone else in line which is understandable, but i mean my dogs literally going into labor…not to mention how much pain she is in and how much she is whining. i get they have to do their job, but it was an EMERGENCY!
