Had a great experience with a procedure that was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend them if you have a need for a foot doctor.
Gets one star because there is no zero star . THE WORST Doctor I have ever encountered and I am a retired RN with 35 years of experience ! Worked with a lot of unprofessional docs but Dr Simmons wins first prize . Called his office a month after the visit …. “ he hadn’t charted anything yet “ and they said he was only in the office like one day a week ….and they would call me when he decided what needed to be to be done . The client manager here is very unprofessional. The first day here I was told to undress in a room with other patients and I felt uncomfortable. The second time I came the office manager did not call to go over how the procedure is supposed to work. Now this third time I'm here and they choose not to do my procedure because the office manager told me just pay $250 up front and pay the remaining balance of the $230 later so now that I'm here, they are choosing not to see me. Good luck… You go Dr seems genuine but the follow up is well nothing. Dr says someone will be in touch in a few days. Get approval from insurance and call back still no return call. Even up load letter (that I am sure they got also) and send messages. No response. Best of luck doing business that way.
THE WAIT TIME HERE IS RIDICULOUS. Appointment time can be 1PM and they not see you until 3PM. Not what I signed up
