I don’t ever do bad reviews but this one is worth warning others! I have terrible varicose veins and alot of swelling and was told I have Lymphedema and needed to be referred to another specialist. Waited a week for the doctor to refer me and called up there nicely to ask if maybe I had missed a call. The receptionist said she would have somebody call me back. Waited another week. Same scenario. Called again 3 weeks later and receptionist said the DOCTOR hasn’t even finished my notes to refer me…so basically he forgot me…ask... read more
Had a great experience with a procedure that was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend them if you have a need for a foot doctor.
Gets one star because there is no zero star . THE WORST Doctor I have ever encountered and I am a retired RN with 35 years of experience ! Worked with a lot of unprofessional docs but Dr Simmons wins first prize . Called his office a month after the visit …. “ he hadn’t charted anything yet “ and they said he was only in the office like one day a week ….and they would call me when he decided what needed to be to be done . The client manager here is very unprofessional. The first day here I was told to undress in a room with other patients and I felt uncomfortable. The second time I came the office manager did not call to go over how the procedure is supposed to work. Now this third time I'm here and they choose not to do my procedure because the office manager told me just pay $250 up front and pay the remaining balance of the $230 later so now that I'm here, they are choosing not to see me.
