The staff, every single one of them are AMAZING! From the registration to the check out. The nursing staff is 2nd to none! (they all deserve raises!) The anesthesiologist was awesome, Dr. Carale is so nice, and so informative. Every single member of the staff that I spoke to, and had a hand in the procedure, before, during and after were so professional in their duties, yet, so comforting. I fell in my front yard and my shoulder and side of my head slammed into the concrete porch. Instant bruises and pain the side of my neck and head. Can't find a close urgent care that's open and Parkview Hospital killed my husband last year so I looked for my nearest option. After reading these reviews, negative outweigh the good by a large margin, I am now very concerned about my options if something more serious comes up. I WOULD DRIVE TO PUEBLO or LAMAR INSTEAD WHEN THE PERSON IN CHARGE IS THE PROBLEM...The E.R. HAVE MY DETAILS... I honestly wish it were Different I worked Extremely hard for MY Benefits, that I rarely use, would Never Abuse. The fact that I don't have a 911...E.R. option REALLY OUGHT TO BE CRIMINAL And To The Workers there that do Care, but are Afraid to Speak up when they See, Hear INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR... Brought my daughter in on a Saturday for ear pain. Ericka and the rest of the amazing staff had us in and out in 15min. Simple ear infection, they had medicine sent to Walmart pharmacy and we were on our way. Quickest ER visit ever. So glad the staff got us in and out; it was such a relief to not have to wait hours on end when the doctor offices are closed. Thank you.
