I was recently admitted into the hospital and during the time I was there! I received compassionate and professional care during my stay. Dr. Malone provided the care and treatment that I received! Nurses Robin,Lisa and Cindy just to name a few of the many nurses and respiratory specialists treated me in a manner that aided in my recovery! I thank all of the staff there and hope the community continues to support this facility! Thank you and for the many I did not mention, I am truly appreciative of your service!

The ambulance took me there first. 5 nurses poked me a dozen + times trying to find veins for many tests. I lost count after that. I couldn't breath, heart rate 140, oxygen 78, blood pressure 80 over 40, temperature 102... I was then given a cat scan and the technician sprained my wrist by neglecting to strap my flaccid dangling arms up and away from the CT scanner body befor driving the table forward. Ive lived in ybus area practically all my life. My husband worked @ this hospital for almost 30 yrs. I ALSO worked @ thos hosp off & on for about as many years. I cannot BELIEVE how much the care(or lack of!) has deteriorated! Had to go to ER because of a nail stuck in my foot & I couldn't pull it out myself. Called ER to let them know I was coming & asked if someone could bring out s wheelchair to my car as I was barely able to walk. Was told it couldn't be "awhile" begore theyd come out yo my car. This Hospital is a joke. I took my friend there because he was having stomach issues. After doing some tests and taking X-rays they told him that it was probably a kidney stone. They put him in a room and told him that the doctor would right in to talk to him. Two hours later he was still waiting for the Doctor. My friend took the needle out of his arm and left. They are awful, uneducated! I went with Sepsis and I was told they couldn't meet my needs and sent me to Pueblo! Horrible care when very sick!
