The Cooperative was organized in 1937 by a group of farmers and businessmen from Crawford, Logan and Johnson Counties in West-Central Arkansas. I have been a member / customer for 20 years in good standing. I have 2 other accounts of my parents that I take care of including mine. Recently I admit I made a mistake while making my payments online. Apparently I didn’t click the confirmation button or something happened where the payment on my account didn’t process but the other two did. Waited all day for a call back and never received one. Even called the following day to reach someone and stayed on hold for hours to no avail. Customer service is terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone. This corporation is ran by individuals that do not care about their customers. Severely disappointed. And I would not even rate them as a one star but it’s the lowest I can go, the company is terrible.
Super rude when I called them on saturday saying I needed to call during business hours. Well, guess what, everyone else has to work for a living during those hours too, and their hours weren't even on the contact us page to begin with.
