So very hard to get a hold of & no other options to choose from other then their 5 I just want to speak to customer service
The new MYAVECC is terrible. It is not easy to navigate. Capabilities have been taken away. Now, you do not answer the phones or leave people on hold for half a day. You have over a month to fix these issues and they are not fixed. This is not feeling very cooperative to me. Very inconsiderate. Not mindful.
