I learned today that Arkansas Urology has not reached an agreement with my insurance agreement for the upcoming enrollment period , and as a patient of long standing this of course caused me considerable stress. I called their offices today to voice my concern and was ably assisted by Thomas, who helped me understand my options in a calm, and cogent manner. The entire staff at this practice are excellent. Do not go to Arkansas Urology if you care about your health you will die. You can never get anyone on the phone you will try for hours. You will run out of medication constantly and even if you drive up there they still drop the ball. Its the worst heath care i have ever encountered in my life

Worst service of any doctors office in the world. You can’t get anybody on the phone and you can leave messages with no call back. I would run out of medicine constantly because nobody that works there has enough brain power to keep up with it. Don’t go there if you care about your health you will die!

Wow, I’ve never hit a brick wall so much using the facility in Russellville. Got one DR who didn’t listened and then I found the 2nd DR and he listened and found my problem BUT here’s the problems with the clinic: 1. Had a procedure scheduled, they called “we’ve over booked and you will have to wait in a crowded waiting room”, I rescheduled. 2. Doctor said I may need 2 rounds of antibiotics, called 2 months later with same signs of infection. Called was told “we don’t fill meds on phone, I would have to see a NP but we a... read more
