Made my husband an appointment for a consultation for a vasectomy. They canceled his appointment without any notification. Wasted our time driving to bentonville from south of Fayetteville for them to tell us it was canceled and there was nothing they could do about it. So unprofessional and a huge waste of our time and gas

Wonderful clinic. I arrived 15 minutes early, per their request. They took me back to the exam room 5 minutes later, and Jamie (a P.A. who prefers this to a formal title) came in the room 5 minutes after that. Namely, 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The clinic does not overbook. Jamie was unrushed- she allowed me to give her my entire medical history then outlined a therapeutic approach. She is smart and direct but also cheerful and friendly.
