Worst communication standards I have ever seen. I have worked in healthcare in various settings for 15+ years and this place takes the cake. They will send you straight to voicemail every time you call. Even the receptionist have voicemail. That was new one for me. They will constantly say they have tried contacting you and left you voicemails but it is a bold faced lie. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional. The office side of this business is a joke. Total clown show. Rescheduled 2 times, all sorts of mix ups after that. Medical coding was screwed up from $1700 procedure to $13,000 procedure. Fought like hell to get that resolved. Called me for 2 week post-op after it was past 2 weeks. Charged me $211 for literally a 30 second consultation, only for it all to be messed up. I consider Dr. Robbie Hurtt a top-notch doctor with an excellent surgical team. However, his general office in Conway is another matter. Also, there is no direct way to contact their office by phone. The only thing you can do is leave a message. The last time I was there I waited almost two hours to be seen after my appointment time. Also, they have a bank of restrooms for patients and the one I got had urine all over the seat. The rest of the clinic was very clean, however.
This is organization has by far the worst customer service I have encountered. There are multiple layers to go through before you reach a physician. Once you reach the physician, they are so booked up and busy that they are almost impossible to see again. They never call back and given the number of staff, know almost nothing about the care of the person so you need to keep describing the situation over and over again. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly in Central Arkansas so if you have a urologic problem you are stuck.
