Arkansas Storage Centers customer service is wonderful. The young lady, Sara walked me through the process and answered all the questions that I asked her. Sara was very thorough with the storage unit policies and then asked to make sure I understood them. Overall excellent customer service. Highly recommend them.
Sara, was very helpful, attentive and kind with me during my conversation with her. She explained how everything worked for the storage facility. I would give Sara a 10 - 10.
