I have to give Dr. Victor Vargas at ortho Arkansas and his team five stars because I always feel cared for and listened to when I have an appointment. He always provide a very detailed care plan to make sure that he is providing the best care.
I brought my 8-year-old daughter to Ortho Arkansas to address chronic ankle pain she has been experiencing for over six months. We waited more than two hours to be seen. While I understand that delays can happen, the issue was not the wait—it was the way we were treated once the doctor finally came in.
