This clinic will only see patients with insurance even if you can pay in full at the visit. Ridiculous is this even legal??? Filing a complaint.
BEWARE- The PA (not the doctor) absolutely butchered my mother’s arm. They will not allow you to see the doctor here even if you have skin cancer! It’s absolutely absurd. I could go on about how bad it is but no point. I’ve worked in healthcare 20 years and this just makes me Very angry. She will not be back!
My appointment was with Physician Assistant Emilee Odom and her nurse Amber. Every aspect of my appointment was professional, reassuring, and caring from my first experience on the phone making my appt., the welcome I received on my arrival, to my time in the exam room with the medical providers.On my way out Harley kindly anwered some questions and told me to call with any additional questions I might have. I made an appointment to have some millia taken off my eye lids. The APN checked my arms, legs & back for skin cancer. I asked again about my eyelids. He told me to go to an estheticician. Waste of time and money!
I do not recommend this facility. I am a retired military veteran who recieved a referral trough my insurance provider, (Humana Military) and was denied service because I wouldn't give them my SSN. They're not required to have my SSN and can file a claim without it. I'm really tired of people who attemp to violate my rights. and I fully intend filing a complaint with the BBB as well as the AG.
