This clinic from the staff to the doctors are awesome.They treat their patients with kindness and respect I have been going to the clinic for 11 months receiving shots in my eye. I would highly recommend Dr. Stephen Davis. Dr. Davis listen to your concerns and answers your questions face to face. Great chair side manners and friendly.
Dr Pratt is very personable, knowledgeable & easy to understand. He really cares & it shows. When dealing with a scary disease like Macular Degeneration, he has proven to be an exceptional professional to have explaining all the details. I have total confidence in his abilities to know what is best for me.
Because if you try to call they answer the phone and put you on hold and never answer back. I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes and I just had a simple 2 second question about a appointment because I believe they forgot to cancel the old appointment
They had 2 doctors sharing the space. Apparently they usually only have one since they rotate using the space. They were way behind. I ended up being there 3 hours. Another patient commented that it wasn't usually like this. This was my first visit so I hope when I return next time I won't have to wait so long. 1 and a half hoursafter appointment time before I was called back.
