John Drummond, his dad Johnny Drummond, and his son Cody Drummond are liars and thieves! They are not licensed or insured to work, they lied to my face and said they are licensed and insured by asked me to pull my own permit because they can't since their license expired in 2020. In the end they stole $6,000 and did not provide any work. save yourself time and money and avoid these people at all costs
We met and contracted John to build a shop for us. We paid a premium price for substandard work. Even worse, he never completed the work we paid him to do. The door in the back was so far out of square that I couldn't install a door knob. I had to take it down ad rehang it. He never delivered or installed the back door that we paid for. If you could post a negative 0, I would do so. I would write a book about this insanity if it would be published. I would not have John Drummond build me a DOG HOUSE if my life depended on it. First, the cheap metal isn't for a good building. The inability to build a metal building is astounding. It leaks...from the BOTTOM UP. How does that even happen? The plumbing was so poorly done, I'm sure they were in preschool. And the kicker??? My fault of course, I was STUPID enough to pay him without the completion of the shack. 92... read more

John at Arkansas Remodel has done several jobs for my family over the years. Home Builds, Roof Repairs, you name it. He and his team have always done an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone for anything because they can literally do it all, and you won’t find more affordable pricing in all of Northwest Arkansas for the high quality of work.
