My daughter goes there because it was recommended by another dr so she has been going for several years. the dr is nice, but have not been pleased with the nurses when she was having a crisis and needed emergency help. luckily the dr saw her asap. The other complaint is the policy on rescheduling. due to being a psychiatric clinic they should not have such rigid rules. Called to set up a new appointment, was rudely told no newcomers, placed on hold for over 5 minutes, and then they hung up on me. Wow. Its a good thing Im only seeking grief counseling. I wonder how they treat other patients??
