This was the first time in Dr. Henry’s office. I was getting a base line hearing check. The receptionist Regina and Dr. Henry are very knowledgeable, cordial, and respectful to all who walk through there door.
Dr. Danielle took care of my clogged ears quickly and painlessly. I am beyond grateful.
I came in for a replacement part for one of my hearing aids. Afterward I looked up the retail cost of the exact part. They charged me $150 for a $25 (retail price) part. That is 600% more than the retail cost which likely is 1200% more than their wholesale cost. Oh yes, they claim it cost more, but then told me they didn't know the cost and then said they wouldn't tell me their cost adding liar to their reputation. You would do better to steer clear of these ripoff artists.
